Twerking is not just for one type of person. You can be a model or a plus size curvy girl. If you want to add some spice into the bedroom or show off your moves in the club this class will have you twerk ready at any moment. Twerking is tons of fun, super sexy, and an awesome workout. We end this class with some twerk choreography. 

*No dance experience necessary. Shorts and tanks preferred. 

Requirement:  Knee pads or thigh high socks, and your sexy self. Sneakers suggested.
