Introduction to the transitions and swings on Spin Mode.  Swings and transitions morph into something completely different when the pole moves along with you!  Learn ways to keep the spin going between movements, as well as slowing it down for effect!

Single Class designed to provide you with the education and form required to perform basic movements in a mini choreographed format in Spin Mode.

Requirement:  Level 1.

Online Registration Required.  Payment Required at time of registration, via Monaris Payments, Paypal, Interac Email Transfer (use offline payment and contact studio for instructions). NO Cancellation, NO Refunds, No Exceptions.

A minimum number of 3 registrations are required for this class to run.  You will be notified via email should the class be postponed.
